I am a hands-on digital strategist and UX/UI design leader who guides cross-functional teams across research, design, and delivery. I leverage human-centered design principles, design-thinking frameworks, and creative problem-solving techniques to craft intuitive, accessible, and immersive digital experiences. My expertise spans user research, journey mapping, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing, enabling me to translate complex requirements into scalable design systems and user-focused solutions.

I stay current with usability heuristics along with accessibility standards, including Section 508, ADA, and WCAG compliance, ensuring every product is inclusive and meets rigorous government and industry guidelines. I work within Agile workflows, using iterative sprints, rapid prototyping, and responsive design methodologies to improve efficiency, accelerate delivery, and align with business goals and budget constraints.
